Hunter can increase gear power by upgrade level by coin, the level cap depend on rarity.

| --------- | --------- |
| Common    | 20        |
| Rare      | 40        |
| Elite     | 60        |
| Epic      | 80        |
| Heroic    | 100       |
| Legendary | 120       |
